My 1st smartwatch

This, for me, was right up my alley as I didn't need all of the bells & whistles, including the always on display since I'm not always looking at it. Working well with my iphone played in to my purchasing decision as well. Great for simple information like date, time, weather & GPS, all the things I'd actually use.

Her birthday is next after Christmas, so when she didn't see it under the tree she seemed disappointed. Later she explained that she knew it was expensive, so didn't expect it and that out wasn't one of her "top wants." When she opened this on her birthday, she was ecstatic, which was the icing on the cake, as I'd gotten a wonderful price!

I had the series 3 and wanted to update without spending a whole lot of monies; lots more features and I also traded my Series 3 in towards this one. I never leave the house w/o my phone so no cellular wasn't a biggie to me, plus if I'm not too far away from my phone I can still answer and talk on my watch.
