Doesn't have the fanciest health features but includes the basics and fundamentals that you need - perfect integration with the iPhone's notifications, workout apps, and easy customization. Just make sure to pick up screen protection while you're at it.

I mainly relied on it to remind me to stand up and drink water; the rings are great in tracking the daily activity level as well as the heart rate recorder. Already convinced two friends to give it a try and the feedback is all positive. The only complaint is sometimes I get a few red spots from the band; the only solution for me is to keep the wrist dry and sometimes just stop using the watch for an hour or two.
