Very nice watch I purchased as a gift. I think I will get one for myself

I really like the watch. I just don’t like the band. It’s “itchy”.

Hated the band but with so many on the market it is an easy swap.

I’m sure plenty of factors are related but my reception with the watch is horrible. This includes full bars. I purchased the one for its separate phone line. Even while sync to my phone it’s contant disconnection or unavailable. I was given information that was incorrect and watch cannot do. For this I hold Best Buy accountable and it’s associates. They were kind but very misleading with info given for the purpose I purchased the watch for.

Don't tell me it will be delivered the next day then tell me it will be delayed a day and then it took almost two weeks.

There were some things I was told that it had and it doesn't. It is hard for me to set.

With this purchase through Best Buy, it included 6 months free Apple fit. NEVER received and disappointing. How can this be resolved? Secondly I’m being told the purchase through Best Buy is the reason I’m having issues with activating the cellular data.

This watch will pair with my phone but it will not activate on my cellular plan. I have spent several hours on the phone with AT&T, Apple Watch support, & Apple tech support & I am still unable to use my watch.

After I bought this item I had lot of issues 1.The battery is slow charging and it is coming max 5 hrs 2.When I reset and installed all my apps and paired with my mobile still it was showing old person name as I bought this as Ooen box

Has some features that series 3 did not. However it’s very slow and does not Recognize most of my contacts among other issues. Also will not stay on cellular plan keeps kicking off

It came with the latest watchos 7, so I had to update my iphone to ios 14 to use it. Alot of problems started a few days later when my phone battery kept draining within hours. I had to charge my phone a few times a day. I have stopped using my iphone for the moment and unpaired the watch. Unfortunately it was 16 days past when I realized, and it's too late to return the watch now because it's only got a 2 weeks return window.

I can not get the size I need, got an email saying my size was in, but still could not order it. Very disappointed, watch does not work correctly because it is to loose.

product defect, disconnect with cellular every 2-3 days. Apple factory repaired it multiple times though reinstallation but proved not solving the issue. Apple refuses to replace it because I purchase from Best Buy not from Apple

Didn’t work. Spent 14 hours will apple support only to be told to take it back they couldn’t fix it. And I order this for store pick up and was told it would arrive in 3 days… 19 days later I was notified it was ready for pick up.

This item didn’t work and instead of offering a full refund I had to pay a $45 “restocking fee” such bull!!
