It’s a Christmas gift so I really can’t review it yet

Online order was canceled by Best Buy on 2/8/25. The money was returned after many attempts to resolve the unfilled order. TO DATE WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE 55 POINTS FROM CANCELLED ORDER. Best Buy has been contacted by “chat”, and in store, and by phone 3 different times all with assurances the points would be returned or Best Buy would phone. Still we have not gotten those 55 points. All associates were courteous but zero results!!! Very disappointed.

When I picked this up, the staff seemed to have misplaced the watch so they brought another one. I was weirded out by it.... the watch battery is terrible, it doesn't last more than a day.

It's a beautiful watch, too bad it is defective. After charging, the screen displayed random numbers in a huge format, as well as messages like "edit", "cancel" etc. I am ordering a new one today. Hope I get my refund soon.

We purchased this watch for my daughter's 12th birthday. It won't charge consistently and when it does charge, it's never to full capacity and only lasts a few hours. Because I didn't purchase the warranty, Best Buy wouldn't help and Apple won't help us either. Beware of open box purchases.

Nit completely satisfied with this product. Came with a small band. Still trying to get acquainted with it. Research item Before buying.

The battery has to be charged every day.not happy.

I bought an “open box excelente “ condition on line and i went pick it up on best buy Lakewood, sent it to Brazil for my sister birthday, and was LOCKED!!!!!! She can’t use it, open box in a description says Nobody never used , was in display without scratches in excellent condition, i went back to the store and they say , “ oh well, nothing we can do about it”, ill never again buy anything , now my birthday gift to my sister , became a nigthmare! Why best buy sell something locked? And why they dont disclaimed was previously owned? They lead you on thay Open Box is only something that was display , lots of headaches this i watch brought me without any help or money back from Best Buy, buyers beware!!!!

After giving my one of same description away … I had to buy 2 more to make sure each GEA n skid got one. Only read on n I bought more of this crappy version!

I thought I bought a new product. But I don’t think so. The battery drains out within a day. Even while not in use much, it has to be charged every single day. I do regret spending my money on it.

Incredibley dissapointed in the Apple watch. The battery doesn't even last a day! Quit using it and went back to my Fitbit Sense. That battery lasts 3-4 days.

I bought two watches online as Christmas gifts for my kids. When delivered, the watches had been removed from the boxes, even though the delivery package was sealed. Best Buy Customer service first said they would send replacements in 4-5 days, and they didn't. I then asked for a refund since it was well past Christmas, and they stated they would process immediately, which they did not. Now I'm being told they would not process the refund or replacements and now I'm being accused of fraud. I've been a Best Buy customer for over 10 years, but would advise against any consumer ordering online with Best Buy based upon my experience. The customer service has become non existent and they will look for ways to avoid dealing with your issue. Meanwhile, I'm out $440 with nothing but two empty boxes and two disappointed children.

I’ll be putting 2 star reviews in the 20+ purchases i have from Best Buy as i’m still waiting for my Ghost of Tsushima PS5 game 2 weeks+ and still waiting to receive my order. Not a good look best buy to Delay 1 videogame and take 2+ weeks to receive it.

Does not does O2 levels, which was prime reason for buying, Returned.

Poor Battery Life. Not a good buy. You can buy a better smart watch at the same price unless you are brand-conscious.
