Poor bestbuy service

First time, Bestbuy messed up my order during the delivery and couldn’t get any updates. I had to wait more than one month to get the order cancelled and reorder a new Apple Watch. This is after connecting multiple times with customer service. Still they could reorder the product. This is really poor service from bestbuy. I’m a bestbuy customer for more than 10years and certainly they won’t earn my business again.

I found out a few weeks later I could not hook it up to my phone because it wasn't a GPS style. I had to return it and purchased another model which is GPS activated. Watch was fine it just wasn't what I needed.

Watch Band will not fit a normal Male Wrist.
