    Impressed with the accuracy of the HR monitor compared to my prior fitbit versa 4t which I returned. The battery life lasts about 24 hours and I use this watch to track exercise and control music, answer texts mainly. I recommend this watch if you have an apple product but it does only come with a charger the uses a C adapter and not the typical USB.
