    Very disappointing experience! NO watches on display in store - lots of “wrists”displaying bands. “Salesperson” was annoyed that I didn’t know the exact model I wanted him to go retrieve from stock. Pure order taker; no interest in helping me select the best watch for my needs. Why do you even have retail stores??? I’d have been better off ordering online. BTW - Break it down section says “optional” but I can’t submit the review w/o completing t. SMH. How do I know what battery life and durability will be like in the future ??!?

    I love these watches. Not 5 stars because if you by any chance break it, it is cheaper to buy a new one than repair it. It shouldn't be like that.
