    This was an “open box” purchase for next day delivery. Roadie delivery was contracted to deliver but never delivered. Delivery photo was a photo of a package in a road curb. Best Buy customer service was absolutely horrible. Multiple calls just kept saying I would get a call back and a credit. No call back no credit until I contested with my cc company. Don’t buy from Best Buy! This company is circling the drain.
