The watch is great, but the sports-band is the pits. For an older person it requires a dexterity that is difficult with arthritic hands. Already had to replace it.

We enjoy it. It's convenient for being alerted, for getting the time and a number of things. The magnetized charger can be a bit tough to undo at times.

Bought this for my girlfriend for her birthday, long story short it got “shipped” then during shippment it got “lost in transit” so somehow it was on me to call best buy to let them know the shipping company “lost” it. Well after that it took about a week to get a refund on it. Still very annoyed

These are hands down the best smartwatches on the market for the average consumer, ghe problem is that you can only use them with an iphone unfortunately.

I love it! The different faces and the ability to use it to receive phone calls and text messages are great features. Battery life could be longer!

Not the quality that I have come to expect with Apple products. Although the watch was taken care of and remained without viable wear and tear, the face of the watch popped off in less than 2 years, destroying the touch screen capability. Disappointed.

The look of the watch is beautiful and it’s easy to use. But the battery doesn’t stay charged, I have to charge it everyday but the end of the day.

I was told by salesman that watch could do ecg but found out weeks later it couldn’t . So I bought the wrong watch

Product overall is great - however the battery is its biggest drawback - you have charge it every day.

This kind of Apple Watch SE is not recommended because of it’s battery life is poor

It didn’t fit my lady wrist I kept it anyway for my daughter horrible purchase though

This watch was purchased on 12/19/22 as a Christmas gift and when the apple representative was charging it for me it had to be exchanged because it would not charge . This was a 2 hour process. So now o get the exchange to only get home 2 weeks later the new one doesn’t charge. So now I’m inconvenienced of not having a watch. They orders me a new one which I have to wait to be delivered.

Bad batteries, this watch batteries are garbage and horrible, does not last long. Disappointed

Its really nice sleek look but i felt like the screen was so small i do have a small wrists just didnt worked for me.

Love my new Apple Watch. It helps me stay in touch with what’s happening even when I don’t have my phone near me!

Stylish and fun to use. This is my second Apple watch, and I find it works with most of my outfits.

very good watch and my daughter loves it. the band is a little big but she can order a smaller one

Nice watch but ultimately returned to get the model 8. Disliked the size of screen and not a fan of the scribble to text and no option of a QWERTY keyboard. Battery life was horrible. Wouldn’t last a full 8 hr work day.

Liked this watch.. i was about to take the gen 1.. but it’s worth spending that extra for this one.
