    Every couple years I buy my mom another iWatch. It give me peace of mind to know it will call 911 if it detects that she has fallen and is non responsive. She uses it all the time to answer a call when away from her phone. The call quality is not as good as talking on the iPhone itself, but just to hear her voice and know she is ok when we call is worth the cost.
