Surprise app (for me) for exercise

I had hip replacement surgery 2 months ago and love that I can continually check my heart rate during my walk to make sure that I'm not getting too high. When I'm I'm my walk, it also asks me (I'm not sure if it's so many minutes I've walked or the distance I've walked) if I'm walking, and if I hit the yes, it goes back to the time I started walking, displays how far I've walked, and when I started walking. I'm sure there's a button to push to set that up in advance, but I don't have to bother to look for it since it does it automatically. :)
