I love that I can still stay connected without having to have my phone in my hands at work. My shifts are approximately 10 - 13 plus hours long and it’s usually at 50% battery life by the end of my day. It also keeps me motivated to meet my goals.

I have owned a Fitbit with limited features unless you spent $10/ month for premium. Google then screwed up regular access to features. I had a highly recommended “Senior” watch. It broke in 6 monthsI should have purchased an Apple Watch to begin with. I’ve lost more money than my SE 2nd generation cost.

It is very helpful for tracking general health things, which is great for people who are trying to stay on top of it. The only thing that I don't love is that it tracks women's cycles...which in these times is a little concerning. Only other frustration I have with this product is that it doesn't come with a charging butt, when Apple specifically changed it on this model. So just be aware that you'll need to buy that at the same time as you buy the watch itself.
