Tracking her, notifying her quickly via text msg at school so she won’t have to take out her phone. She can pick the call from there and quickly look up notes and free time games.

It gives you a myriad of benefits such as step counter, calories, heart rate, has motion sensors to detect falls and shocks (automatically calls your emergency contacts), you can record your running marks, change music, swim with it, adapt various styles of straps and more.

I especially like that it will detect when I am working out and ask to track. Also, the ability to snooze my Iphone alarm from the watch saves the hassle of looking for the phone/I-Home in the dark. Could have better battery life but I also need to reduce apps used on the watch.

You’re never too old for an Apple Watch!

She wasn’t happy with her fitness tracker-type watch, and this one ticked all the boxes for her. It connects to her iPhone, and she uses it to monitor her fitness goals as well as heart rate. I own a different Apple Watch model, but we are both very happy with them and wouldn’t be without one.

Currently my watch is optimized it's more efficient and not power hungry Taking more than 24 hours before having to be charged.
