Nice look the only think battery goes dawn so fast

Good watch but lags often and the gestures don’t work even after updating

Watch turned out to be helpful with the walkie-talkie set up . Keeps me focus on my blood pressure.

I didn't like it. I had a fitbit charge 4 that broke and decided to buy this watch since I have an iPhone. The battery only last up to 18 hours and you have to basically charge it everyday to get some use of it. I returned it and got the fitbit versa which works way better for what I need and the battery last a week.

Do not waste your money! Owned it for 3 days and Watch was accidentally dropped while putting on and screen shattered. Can replace screen but it would cost more than what I paid for the watch. Even with apple care plus it would cost $70.

Watch is great battery not so good more accurate then a Fitbit

I hate apple products but my wife loves it so there.

Battery doesn’t last long enough but 1/2 to 1 day.

Purchased in March 2024, it stopped working July 2025. Sudden low battery mode and it wont charge , completely unresponsive. Called support they said it would cost me average $100 for a repair!!! such a poor product from apple! very disappointing.

I wanted a watch with fall protection, so before i ordered this watch i chatted on line with a Lady and told Her exactly what I was looking for in a smart watch, and that i knew nothing about them. Apple Watch SE 2nd Generation (GPS) 40mm Starlight Aluminum Case with Starlight Sport Band - S/M - Starlight so I placed the order, and received the watch in the mail. there was no manual with the watch so i called and was told to go online and they would have One I could download for this watch-Which there wasn't. Needless to say I was not happy so I sent the watch back

I feel it lags behind the newer samsung watches and they do have many of the older features they used to have and its almost a carbon copy of last model year

Honestly it’s great but the battery life gets you through one day like max, (sometimes not a full day depending on much you use it/ notifications)

I bought an open box Apple Watch. The watch was locked and linked with another account. I spent 3 hours talking with the geek squad and maybe 3 hours more in the store trying to obtain help from somebody. They did not allow me to return the product, they did not help me at all and said that I had locked the watch ( with an account that I have no idea who is it ). My lesson: never buy open boxes at this place again.

There is actually no problem with the prosuct but its the customer service that is headache. You will be constantly checking to find some customer representative so that they may answer your questions. Then again all of a sudden your customer service rep vanishes. Then you go to another quest to find some other rep. The process is so taxing that i even left the store and come again some other time to get the product.

I was sold an item that still had the information of the previous owner, so I was not able to use it at all. I tried returning the item to a store in my hometown but they couldn't make the return because I didn't buy the item there and also because it had the information of the previous owner. My only option was to send it through the mail

Bad experience. I bought this watch and I Took it with me overseas as a gift for my sister and I found it locked by the previous owner, which is against the privacy rules for Best Buy and I will see if they not return it. I will sue them and I will call 911 because this is actually not protected the privacy of the customer.

Bought this watch for my mother in law and grandmother both with iPhone 8. Despite the fact this watch can run os9 and supported iPhone 8, Apple now ships this watch with os10 which does not support their phones and you cannot downgrade. Apple continues their assault against customers. Best Buy accepted the returns with grace, so at least they are great to work with!
