    I have not yet received this product and I ordered on May 7th… I tried calling and canceling this item after I was told the item was delayed due to being damaged. I have heard no news or updates on where this watch is at.. I just want to cancel this order and will never be buying a product from here again.

    The watch was nice in general, however the store display said that the watch had an ECG monitor on it. So under that assumption we purchased it and it turned out that this particular model did not have that feature. I am very disappointed in my Best Buy experience! Will never shop here again.

    Wasn’t delivered on time and when I spoke with customer support I was told “by end of day” arrived two days later. Showed up opened and when talked to customer support they informed me there wasnt anything they could do. Item was ok but could tell it had been opened and someone had messed with it.

    I recently bought this watch and had it delivered the same day. I asked online and gave what kind of iphone i have along wirh the ios. Turns out my phone and this watch are not compatible so i will be returning it for a full refund

    BestBuy totally agreed with a competitive Amazon price, but would not match it because "as an Apple Certified Dealer, their computer system would not allow them to match the Amazon price". I was ripped off.

    The only reason why I am giving this 1 star is because I have yet to receive my watch and I don’t really blame Best Buy, but the carrier service (FedEx). It’s been over a week and I still haven’t received my watch.

    was ordered for a Christmas present when it was delivered from FedEx open the box inside the bag product was not inside the box. Someone at FedEx had open package stole the product and resealed the package.

    Love my new watch, it was easy to connect to my phone but I did have to do an update on my phone before I could connect. Overall I’m very happy, it’s easy to use & navigate. Love the color & fits great, very comfortable. The price was excellent.
