Box was empty!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If I could give zero stars I would. When I received the item it was an EMPTY BOX! I called Best Buy customer service and they offered to send a replacement, to be delivered by December 20th. On that day I received an email saying my order was delayed and I would not receive it until January 3rd! I asked to cancel my order and that seemed to be a big problem but they did it. Now I had to pay more money to get a replacement with expedited shipping so I can have it to give as a Christmas gift.

Poor customer service by Best Buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My item was delivered by Best Buy’s third party contractor, Roadie, at 12:33 am and placed in my mailbox on a main road. When I saw the notification the next morning and went to my mailbox the item was gone. Best Buy and Roadie will not refund my money even though Roadie is not allowed to place an item in a usps mailbox. My daughters birthday surprise was ruined.

After calling the store to confirm I could just exchange the band for the next largest size before I made the trip into town, the Customer Service associate told me he could not exchange the band unless I retuned the watch too.

Missing watch
