I love my watch. It’s the perfect size. I’ve had no problems with it.

Love the watch! I only wish I can go a full two days without charging it instead of like a day and a half. Easy to use and not bulky looking on my wrist.

Great although if you select an analog type display, it's quite small - also the health tracking does not show the sleep patterns fully. Otherwise great. Not good battery life though - my fitbit lasted over 4 days on a charge, this watch needs charged every second day

I gave this to my wife this as a Christmas gift in 2023. She did not ask for it, but she is so glad to have it. She did not think she would use it as much as she does. She is very good about making sure it is charged before bedtime so it can track her sleeping. She really likes the health tracking and how she can doe certain phone functions on her watch without having to reach for her phone. Texts and. calendar reminders are the big ones since those happen so frequently.

Best Buy's customer service team were awesome, got me a refund sorted and then helped me re-order another watch. Cannot fault the product, price or staff.
