Best Buy's customer service team were awesome, got me a refund sorted and then helped me re-order another watch. Cannot fault the product, price or staff. Watch is gorgeous and perfect for someone like myself who isn't super tech savvy.

Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. It can get a little annoying when they try to make me buy the BestBuy Membership, however, I understand it is their job. But overall good experience! But my Apple Watch works great! The set up was super easy, and have had no issues so far! I am a clumsy person so I'm constantly banging the watch against the wall or other objects and it's held up.

Otherwise great. Not good battery life though - my fitbit lasted over 4 days on a charge, this watch needs charged every second day
