    This watch is awesome! Sometimes I forget to set my watch for a walk or workout but the watch picks it up and starts recording for me.i also like the fitness app also sets monthly goals. It really encourages me to workout.

    Love everything about this watch. So fashionable to wear and love that I can change the band style and color. Many different options. Also love that is tells me my steps, sleep habits and tells me to calm down when needed. Definitely helps me with my health progress. A life changer for me.
