First One was a Dud

Charger doesn't work

Good product just not from Best Buy

After promising overnight for a birthday delivery it was delivered 10 days late after I had cancelled the order because I was tired of waiting. Customer service said they were sorry I was unhappy with the courier. They just don’t get it. Best Buy hired them. It’s not the delivery people I’m unhappy with.

Best Buy lost my order twice

They sent the replacement to a store and when I went to pick it up there didn’t have it. It was a horrible and frustrating experience.
