Great at what it is. It's a basic apple watch with necessary features and nothing else. We got it for our kid and it pairs greatly when he doesn't want to take his phone out to play.

It a good watch from apple. If you dont want to spend more for the ultra or the series watches, it does almost all the same things which they do. It is light and very helpful.

I'm a newcomer to Apple products. My son suggested that I purchase this watch since my previous watch died. There is a bit of a learning curve, at least for me. It does have several additional features like the activities app which I find very helpful. I also like that I can change the face of the watch and I can see the temperature and weather conditions on the face of the watch. I was able to purchase it on sale, which was an added plus.

I liked it. But it didn’t have my language on keyboard. I had to return it.

Wow Best Buy! You made shopping an incredible experience for me today. Unfortunately we couldn’t get this open box watch to work on my son’s iPhone. We wanted to exchange for a different model and were blown away by the service we received at Best Buy. They acknowledged a fault with the watch and compensated with a gift card that matched the purchase value of the watch if bought new. Not only were we able to buy a more suitable watch but had money let over to put towards an upholstery cleaner. That is how you keep your customers happy. Thank you!
