Love the watch but the battery is awful. Have to charge once a day

I knew this would be a charge every day watch, but it is only 4:30 in the afternoon and I have 4% battery life left. It has only been on my wrist and off the charger for 9 hours, not the 18 hours it is supposed to last. Worthless, if I can’t wear it all day without charging throughout the day. Dislike that you can’t display your steps/distance. You can put link of the fitness app and then scroll through that. Not very much fun to not be able to see where you are at for the day instantly like other fitness watches I have had. The rest of the watch is great as far as access to apps on the screen, but I think this will be going back due to horrible battery life.

The battery life is only a little longer than 1 day. I thought it would be longer than this.

They took a long time to make my order ready. I am happy with the product.

If I could give zero stars I would. When I received the item it was an EMPTY BOX! I called Best Buy customer service and they offered to send a replacement, to be delivered by December 20th. On that day I received an email saying my order was delayed and I would not receive it until January 3rd! I asked to cancel my order and that seemed to be a big problem but they did it. Now I had to pay more money to get a replacement with expedited shipping so I can have it to give as a Christmas gift.

My item was delivered by Best Buy’s third party contractor, Roadie, at 12:33 am and placed in my mailbox on a main road. When I saw the notification the next morning and went to my mailbox the item was gone. Best Buy and Roadie will not refund my money even though Roadie is not allowed to place an item in a usps mailbox. My daughters birthday surprise was ruined.

I inadvertently ordered a watch with the wrong size band. After calling the store to confirm I could just exchange the band for the next largest size before I made the trip into town, the Customer Service associate told me he could not exchange the band unless I retuned the watch too.

The item was stolen somewhere in delivery with UPS. They actually came to the door with an empty box. Took three weeks to get my money back Bestbuy customer service was horrible

I wasn't very happy that the strap was really tiny my son is 14 years old and it didn't fit him it was 2 small

Not worth the price cheep quality would not recommend any one to buy this
