Great watch. My old did not hold a charge as it was 6 yrs old.

The battery life is not very long. Besides that it’s a good watch when being active and keeping check of the time.

Bought this as a gift for my fiancé and he’s in love with it.

Great watch and definitely upgraded since the last one I had years ago. I really wish it held a longer charge though and that I didn’t have to charge it every day.

Love the watch itself, still haven’t figured out all the quirks. Love tracking my breathing, heart rate and exercise.

I have purchased this watch for my daughter and she lives abroad, since she received it, has complained that it doesn’t hold the charge and dies after a short time, desythe fact that it was fully charged.

I love the watch, the band is a bit uncomfortable though.

This review is for the Best Buy open box criteria and my subsequent experience with their support. I have not had a chance to use the watch yet. Best Buy's open box criteria clearly states that open box "excellent" items include all original accessories, yet the box my item shipped in has "missing charger" written on it in pen. This means that Best Buy knowingly shipped my item without the charger despite them grading it as open box "excellent". When I contacted support via chat I was told my only options are to spend my time going into a store; where I may or may not have the issue resolved to my satisfaction, or spend my time repackaging and returning the item. I told the support agent that neither option is acceptable and proposed a reasonable partial refund of $20 to cover the missing charger. This was denied and thus I am here writing this review and will be contacting the BBB and AG to file a false advertising complaint against Best Buy for knowingly lying to me about my purchase. I found that Best Buy has a reputation for lying to customers in this manner, so I recorded the unboxing of this item, which clearly shows the original seal intact on the box and that no charger was present upon opening it.

Battery dies before night is over can’t not track my sleep since I have to charge my watch
