I was able to pick it up within the day of ordering but I ordered it late at night so I had to pick it up the next day. Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. It can get a little annoying when they try to make me buy the BestBuy Membership, however, I understand it is their job. But overall good experience! But my Apple Watch works great! The set up was super easy, and have had no issues so far! I am a clumsy person so I'm constantly banging the watch against the wall or other objects and it's held up.

Bought this watch for my wife as an upgraded to her old series 3 watch. She loves it for the ease of use and the larger watch face.

I ordered a watch from Best Buy, they price matched it and, due to a third party shipping error, did not get the original watch. Best Buy's customer service team were awesome, got me a refund sorted and then helped me re-order another watch. Cannot fault the product, price or staff. Watch is gorgeous and perfect for someone like myself who isn't super tech savvy.
