This watch was purchased for a Christmas present. Ordered on Christmas Eve, was ready for pickup within an hour and was brought to my car curbside very quickly after arriving. Customer Service at Best Buy has always been outstanding

I don't have anything to compare this to, since it is the first smart watch I have owned. I do like it and wear it everyday. I use it to keep track of my walking time. I like that it reminds me to stand if I have been sitting too long. That is a nice feature as my job has me sitting all day. I use it while cooking to have Siri start a timer. I like that it vibrates as well as speaking to me because I have a hard time hearing & the vibration is a nice alert for me.

Love my apple watch! It helps me keep moving, no more missed phone calls, and finds my phone when I misplace it. Best buy staff was helpful with purchasing this watch.

Bought it because I accidentally stepped on my old SE one and cracked the glass dome that sits on your hand. So I bought the SE 2 and is great!

My wife has been through several fit bits and really wanted an Apple Watch. I went to best buy and spoke with an employee. They showed me a few different kinds and i picked this one for her. She loves it which makes me happy.

I bought this as open box product, the box status was poor but, being honest, it's just a box, but the watch was perfect status, no scratches or wear damage, it worth every single penny.

Great for keeping track of your movement and fitness goals. However, the battery life is not the greatest. You need to charge it every day.

I bought this watch for my fiancé for Christmas and she loved it! She didn’t need a super high end one and this one works perfect for her. Highly recommend if you are not looking for a super expensive Apple Watch.
