My daughter loves this watch. It helps her monitor her sleep her steps reminds her to take her meds. She loves using it to answer a call while she still has her phone in her pocket. This is a great buy.

I’d this was my best purchase so far at Best Buy, the staff where really nice when I came in to trade in my old watch for this one, they even answered all my questions and concerns.

Very disappointed in the customer service from Best Buy. I ordered a watch on sale for a Christmas gift for my fiance. The box showed up to my home 2 days later. When I went to open the package I noticed the original tape had been tampered with, and it had been taped over with some clear tape. The box was abnormally light, and when I opened it my watch was not in the package, nor was the packing slip. I called customer support and sat on hold for a long while, and when I finally reached a representative he assured me I would have a refund issued and they would open an investigation on the matter. Immediately after that phone call I placed a pickup order for another watch at the closest Best Buy location to avoid this issue again. It was picked up the next day once it was ready. Today, I received an email from Best Buy asking for pictures of my damaged box with no product. I sent over the pictures as well as a narrative of how the original box tape had been tampered with. Not long after I had received another email stating they would not be issuing me a refund nor sending another product. So very disappointed in the customer service from Best Buy. I will be returning the second watch I bought and taking my money elsewhere. Best Buy will not receive any of my business ever again.
