Customers are saying

Customers are delighted by the Watch SE 2nd Generation, particularly its reliable battery life, ease of use, and perfect screen size. Many users appreciate the affordable price point, accurate GPS, and variety of features. While the design and water resistance receive positive feedback, some customers find the band uncomfortable and have experienced issues with sleep tracking.

I like a lot about the second-generation SE. It gets the same S8 chip as the Series 8 and Ultra, as well as the same high-g accelerometer and improved gyroscope. Its performance, according to Apple, is 20 percent faster than the original SE, and those new motion sensors mean it’s got crash detection. It also gets newer features in watchOS 9 like medication reminders, the new low-power mode, the redesigned compass app (plus Waypoints and Backtrack), workout views, running metrics — pretty much the whole shebang. Besides the always-on display, the only hardware it’s missing is advanced health sensors like the new temperature, EKG, and blood oxygen sensors.

Feels high quality and very easy to get use too. The band it comes with is nice but I had to buy fabric ones instead. It felt as if the silicone was pulling my arm hair. Other then that i was very pleased with the purchase.

I am so happy I went with the SE version. This was my first purchased Apple Watch; however, I don't need any of the crazy features as I wanted for step count, workout tracking, and time. This watch does it all and much more. The only con I would mention is that you need a downloaded third part app for step count, which I found strange since there's native integrated functionality in competitive items like FitBit that have the Pedometers built in. Expect to charge every 1-2 days.

Had the series 7 a year ago. Returned it. Nice but just not worth $400. This SE has the same processor and Watch OS. It has the heart monitor & ok it’s missing the O2 sensor & minor features vs the Series 8. However the price is better than the original SE was. The watch is really nice, durable, looks & feels great. Easily change watch bands for style or events. The new Watch OS 10 is better as far as navigation as far as use of the watch software. Makes more sense & simple to use. The large 44mm face is the perfect size. And ya, surprisingly I do use it to see what time it is. Haven’t worn a watch in several years prior to last year. Really enjoy wearing this watch. Very comfortable. May seem a touch heavy on day 1 but that will fade. Good job on the Watch SE 2nd gen & the new price, Apple.

Bought these watches for Christmas for my 3 granddaughters. They loved the size and color. Love how easy it was to connect to their phones.

Having worn the Apple Watch SE 2, I'm impressed with its budget-friendly brilliance. The seamless performance and robust fitness tracking exceeded my expectations. While it lacks some advanced health features, it's a reliable companion for daily tasks and workouts. If you're on a budget but still want a taste of the Apple Watch experience, the SE 2 is a smart choice. The Apple Watch SE 2's battery life is commendable, easily lasting a full day on a single charge with regular use. It keeps up with your daily activities, notifications, and workout sessions without constantly worrying about running out of juice. It strikes a good balance between functionality and battery efficiency, ensuring it stays powered throughout your busy day.

I genuinely was looking for a nice, affordable, and always accurate watch. I do have a dress watch, but adjusting it can be a chore, especially when you have the work or study load that occupies a lot of energy and time. The Apple watch SE was the best fit, I didn’t need any extra bells or whistles woth the Ultra or the series 8, but the SE was affordable and is a best fit since it does everything I need it to do without burning my wallet. Good battery, perfect time, and has a good notification system so if I don’t have my phone near me, it can find it and not to mention it brings me more freedom to not always have my phone on me for contact with others. I recommend this ten fold if you have the need and/or budget for one good classy, utilitarian, but affordable watch.

Pros: - Very easy to use - Many features/apps - Good tracking (except for sleep) Cons: - Bad sleep tracking and even when I asked Apple support, they don't know why it wasn't accurate. - Battery life, I thought it would be longer but I have to charge it every day. - It rings too much and when I tried to fix the notifications it was very complicated.

Easy to use, easy to set up with iPhone. A previous smart watch of a different brand was less useful and much more frustrating to connect and keep connected. Kudos Apple for making a sleek, simple watch that works as good as it looks.

This watch is a very good one and it is really hard to tell the differnce between this and the series 8. I am really glad I went with the se instead of the series 8 as it saved me a couple hundred bucks for the same thing almost.

I know there are more features included on the more expensive models, but this SE is perfect for me. The size is great, has more features than older generation watches, and works without glitches. Save yourself some money and get the SE. I feel strange giving the budget watch a five-star rating, but unless you actually plan on using the additional features on the higher models, this one is still an excellent choice. I wear it daily and have a case on it. I've dropped it, bumped it against stuff, gone to the beach with it, and played sports while wearing it. It's tough and always works.

I am a 62 year old female & received my apple watch for a birthday gift from my mother :-) & I am so thrilled with this watch. I hesitated purchasing one for myself, but I am glad she decided to purchase for me. There is so much I can do with this watch without it being a total nuisance. First of all it pairs easily with my iphone, alerts me to calls, keeps track of my steps (my favorite part) and a lot of other features I can check without looking at my cell phone. Definitely worth having...for me.

I like the larger screen. Seems like you can tap better IE does not take multiple taps to get somewhere. Also easier to glance at when working out to see your progress.

Great buy, although a step down from my Apple Watch 5 which I lost,it doesn’t need to be recharged as often and last up to a day and half.only minor quibble was it stopped functioning and was quickly remedied by the Geek squad as part of an Apple update that affected a lot other watches. Also having the canvas sports band makes it more secure when traveling through security at airports !
