It works great, my husband has high cholesterol , he has to walk every day, this watch is just he needs it. This watch is telling him every so often to get up and walk and that has helped him a lot.

I finally took the plunge and got an apple watch. I mostly use it for the fitness and sleep tracking. It has had a great influence on both. I am not a fan of the strap, it doesn't breath well and feels like a better fit would be somewhere between the too options I have. I still gave it 5 stars as I know other people do not mind it and I can just change the strap.

Replaced an older 40 MM watch to this Apple SE 44 MM! Very happy with my purchase. Enjoying the larger model , battery life is excellent and much improved from older model .
