The watch got caught in a loop when trying to set it up. I spent at least 1.5 hours on the phone with APPLE support trying to resolve the issue. Apple could not and told me to return it. Best Buy staff and supervisor tried to fix it but were unsuccessful as well but were very nice and helpful
