    I purchased this Apple watch to replace my old Apple watch. The sales people assured me that this new watch would work with my existing iPhone. After buying the new watch, I found that the watch was not compatible with my existing phone. The bottom line is that I then had to buy a newer model iPhone. So instead of having only a new watch, I had to spend an additional $300+ for a newer compatible iPhone. Shame on you Best Buy. As they say, “Buyer beware”.

    I purchased Apple Watch SE because I have an iPhone… I would like to use my watch to monitor my sleeping…… however,… Because the the battery runs down so fast, I have to charge it overnight. I can’t monitor my sleeping habits…. For that reason I had to return the Apple Watch. Because of the poor battery life.

    The watch which was a gift didn’t last 1 week before it completely turned off and did turn back on (very embarrassing) I had to use my Apple warranty for the first week, which was absolutely ridiculous.

    I bought this with using it for heart and fall monitoring since I am old. When I bought it I didn’t see anything that indicated I needed any iPhone 8 or greater to use it fully. So now I have to get an iPhone (another expense). Also, in evaluating how much of the time I have to have it off my wrist for recharging does its health monitoring capabilities really have any value? My ole watch didn’t have the fancy capabilities of the iWatch, but then again, it recharged via room and sun light. Never needed a battery change or needed to be off except for showering and swimming. Also, the Sport Band is only easy to use if you have 3 hands to put it on.

    Bought this one in January, by March the screen was cracked. Tried to resolve with Best Buy/ Apple. Was offered a “Re-Quote “ … the cost of a new one. Won’t spend any more money on this.

    Wristband too big, 70 bucks for a new one.... yeah i could of got gas some food a couple times a new game the posibilites are endless just a big rip off apple. Was a gift for someone.

    Is really hard to program it + take to long to active the sounds an that feature doesn’t work is the watch is locked or have a passcode :(
