Overall the watch is good but the battery life is too low.

I found it hard to set iup & change settings. Not as easy as my iPhone, but I’m not a techie person. Salesman didn’t give us much help or offer to set up or even walk us thru some of the features.

I ordered this Apple Watch to gift my husband but upon delivery they said it was damaged and they had to return it and i didn’t receive a refund

Returned watch and received to date no credit! Billed for entire purchase in December! What is going on?? Have receipts for return and have no return!

I purchased two Apple Watches in January of 2024. It’s now May of 2025. Watches get charged every day as needed. I am very active and my watch sometimes looses charge halfway through the day/night depending on what shift I am working. Watches are not even 1.5 years old and to pay the amount we paid for these is ridiculous considering they don’t even keep a charge for the whole day! I won’t by another Apple Watch ever!

Take hours for the full charging; however, 8 hours later need to be recharged.

My salesperson was so apathetic about my questions concerning the watch; I got the impression that he didn’t want to explain anything to me about the watch and couldn’t have cared if I bought the watch or not. Very negative experience that had not been my past experiences at Best Buy. Most have been a 10+; this was a 2 at best.

Meets all expectations of what I was looking for in a watch for my child

Purchased open box from online. It was supposed to be gift to my brother so never checked whether unlocked or not upon receiving it. But after gifting my brother he came to know that watch was already activation locked by previous owner and can’t use it anymore. Contacted to customer service and visited store but they are saying it cann’t be fixed or return cause it passed the return window. Now what I am going to do with this lock Apple Watch. Never thought of this would happened from best buy

This review is not for the watch but instead for the customer service. The watch was supposed to be delivered but it wasn’t, I received an email that I would get a refund within ten business days. Three weeks later, no refund, so I chat with customer service and they said they needed to research my refund and would get back to me within 24 hours. A week later, no contact and no refund. I had to call again to finally get my refund and the person that I spoke to was rude to top it all off! Kind of a bummer since I shop at Best Buy fairly often.

I have yet to experience my Apple Watch due to it being stolen, and despite reaching out to Best Buy for over 50 days, they have failed to offer a refund or replacement. The police officer confirmed the theft and provided a report. It's clear that Best Buy has shown no consideration for customer interests. I intend to escalate the matter by contacting my lawyer and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Trust me, in America, there are protections in place for customer interests.

Can't give a review really.. Fedex has lost or stolen my purchase. Fedex shows delivery pending. Bestbuy replaced item and again never got it! It's also still pending delivery/delivery delayed for a WHOLE WEEK. Do store puck up and save yourself a headache.

The watch doesn’t stayed charged long enough, can’t get through a full days work without it dying. Also not secure, flew off my wrist while on my run, lucky I was able to find it in the grass

Battery doesn’t charge to 100%, and the battery drains very quickly.

The Watch was fine. Customer service was horrible. Returned the watch and bought directly from Apple. Experience at Apple was a lot better, night and day. I’m not sure that I would shop here again.

Its insane how easily the screen gets scratched. Is simply unacceptable. how can apple make something to wear on your wrist that isnt more durable? extremely disappointing

I showed the Associate off my Verizon app what phone my husband had. Its 4 yr old Iphone. She got me the watch and it will not work with the phone. Its to old. Will be bring the wacth back
