Between the fitness options, health monitoring software, and all of the possibilities this can offer, this is so beneficial!     As someone new to the apple ecosystem, their watch was one of the reasons I swapped over due to it’s responsiveness and reliability compared to other smart watches I’ve tried. It does stink it doesnt have a keyboard when typing messages, but the voice to text feature is what I use the majority of the time anyways
