Purchased open box from online. It was supposed to be gift to my brother so never checked whether unlocked or not upon receiving it. But after gifting my brother he came to know that watch was already activation locked by previous owner and can’t use it anymore. Contacted to customer service and visited store but they are saying it cann’t be fixed or return cause it passed the return window. Now what I am going to do with this lock Apple Watch. Never thought of this would happened from best buy

This review is not for the watch but instead for the customer service. The watch was supposed to be delivered but it wasn’t, I received an email that I would get a refund within ten business days. Three weeks later, no refund, so I chat with customer service and they said they needed to research my refund and would get back to me within 24 hours. A week later, no contact and no refund. I had to call again to finally get my refund and the person that I spoke to was rude to top it all off! Kind of a bummer since I shop at Best Buy fairly often.

I have yet to experience my Apple Watch due to it being stolen, and despite reaching out to Best Buy for over 50 days, they have failed to offer a refund or replacement. The police officer confirmed the theft and provided a report. It's clear that Best Buy has shown no consideration for customer interests. I intend to escalate the matter by contacting my lawyer and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Trust me, in America, there are protections in place for customer interests.

Can't give a review really.. Fedex has lost or stolen my purchase. Fedex shows delivery pending. Bestbuy replaced item and again never got it! It's also still pending delivery/delivery delayed for a WHOLE WEEK. Do store puck up and save yourself a headache.

Battery doesn’t charge to 100%, and the battery drains very quickly.

The watch doesn’t stayed charged long enough, can’t get through a full days work without it dying. Also not secure, flew off my wrist while on my run, lucky I was able to find it in the grass

The Watch was fine. Customer service was horrible. Returned the watch and bought directly from Apple. Experience at Apple was a lot better, night and day. I’m not sure that I would shop here again.

Its insane how easily the screen gets scratched. Is simply unacceptable. how can apple make something to wear on your wrist that isnt more durable? extremely disappointing

I showed the Associate off my Verizon app what phone my husband had. Its 4 yr old Iphone. She got me the watch and it will not work with the phone. Its to old. Will be bring the wacth back

My watch isn’t working. Since I bought it three watches changed now. But my husbands is working perfectly! so it’s just probably my bad luck

Rarely syncs with your iPhone especially for text and calls.

I made an online purchase and can't wait for it, it's been 2 weeks. I wouldn't recommend such a store.

It is very ugly, it doesn’t really do anything at all, and it only holds a charge for about a day and a half.

Best Buy sent an empty box loosely taped and refuse to replace the watch

I really like my Apple watch! It's comfortable to wear, I love the big screen which allows me to read everything easily, love how it tracks my steps and how long I stand! I am very pleased with my purchase and it has a great battery that stays charged a little over two days for me even 3 which is awesomel

Love the watch! The band is very secure and love the larger face size.It was a cinch to link with my phone. Battery lasts all day and sometimes 2. The sound is good for answering calls and texts are easy to read. Love it! Stylish and practical.
