I was disappointed that the sales associate had very little knowledge about the Apple Watches. I did go ahead an purchase the apple watch. Decided to go with the one with a black face and black band. The band can be changed to another color if I later decide to do so.

Happy with the product but wish we were told the watch bands that come with the Apple Watch are different sizes. We were given a S/M band which does not fit, we couldn't just swap out bands we would have to get a whole new watch and they didn't have the M/L that was needed. We purchased a separate band. This is more of an employee training issue.

Works great! Easy to connect with phone company and to sync to phone. Easy to use after getting used to it a few times. Works well for what i wanted.

We already had one of these watches but needed a second one, they are amazing and very easy to use!

Its a great way to keep track of workouta vitals etc. Its also great when I want to leave my phone at home. Being able to pick up calls at my wrist without holding onto a heavy brick in my pocket. Also being able to change music at my wrist without getting up use my phone is SOO convenient. Overall great product for the price and would highly recommend!

its comfortable, reliable, does what i want - mostly got for fitness tracking. Still learning everything it can do. My only negative is battery life - I wish it lasted for more than 1 day...

I’ve been going back and forth on whether I need an Apple Watch and after purchasing one (open box-excellent, which was such a great offer), I am happy with my decision. I mainly use it to track my steps and sleep cycle (so I wear it to sleep sometimes). I also love just looking at it, it’s a great accessory!

The screen cracked 1st time I dropped it. Didnt seem much of a difference than my series three.
