The sales person was super helpful and is one of the reasons I got the watch. We came back later and asked for the same sales person to purchase another item.

She is very pleased. I have never had any issues with any I have purchased. And the Best Buy rep was fantastic. He really helped my daughter decide which series would be best for her. He went out of his way.

On.y issue is the speaker is very low. Needed to purchase earbuds with microphone to really make the phone work. Love the alert button to locate my phone as well as the fitness statistics

Great Christmas Gift!

I have never had an Apple Watch but I have found it easy to set up and use. Have not connected to cellular yet but do plan to.

I need to charge three times for a day. And then I return it, they charge $45 dollars.good luck if you buying this product at bestbuy

Too high restock fee

Returned next day…still in original packaging. I had to pay $50/restock fee!!!!! I could have restocked it in a few seconds..it was perfect! This is an unreasonable charge
