No Keyboard to text

It requires you to draw each letter in the words you want to text. This is a huge inconvenience considering she does not have a phone. I feel like that should be overtly advertised so consumers know immediately. I would have purchased a different model if this was known. Purchased as a Christmas gift and was no longer returnable by the time we got the cellular function activated and learned about the keyboard.

Only bad thing is it eats up the battery too quick. even when not used it loses a lot of battery. When used, its battery life is about 11 hours.
