Especially the emergency call feature is important to her given she fell recently (before the watch) and broke arm and we decided in future this would be an important use. She also likes having notifications on wrist and health info.

I mainly use it to track my steps and sleep cycle (so I wear it to sleep sometimes). I also love just looking at it, it’s a great accessory!

Employee training needed

We were given a S/M band which does not fit, we couldn't just swap out bands we would have to get a whole new watch and they didn't have the M/L that was needed. We purchased a separate band. This is more of an employee training issue.
