The watch band is way to small for a man so it’s sitting in the box until I can find another watch band a man’s size

Watch continuously freezing I have to reset.. I lost my information… gave issues when I was trying to pair ..

We have purchased and returned this watch 3 times and have not been able to get it to connect with our Verizon plan. Whether we went directly through Best buy to activate, Verizon, or Apple, this watch does not function as advertised.

Great watch but wish it had video connection. I will deal with it.

This was NOT as described. Excellent open package. It was a thrown in the box loosely and still connected to the original owner. Never checked.

Did not ship on time. Total disappointment for Christmas. Customer service was all over the place with bad information.

Sent the wrong item. I ordered a watch with cellular and they sent the wrong style and without cellular.

Good value for money. I don’t see much difference between this and some of the other series except for some features that most people probably don’t use or think about. It’s really the most reasonable price for wearable tech and a good move from earlier Apple Watch models (I had a Series 5 before this). The only thing I don’t love is that the crown is now the piece used to close out apps, and the display screen for closing apps is pushed downscreen for some reason making it a little harder to swipe and close on the 40mm. Otherwise solid watch though.

I love it. Had it not been for AT&T I would never have figured it out. Best Buy did not offer to help me.

I am extremely disappointed with the Apple Watch SE I purchased from Best Buy. Within just one month, the battery life has decreased drastically from 36 hours to only 12 hours. I don’t recommend buying Apple products here.
