Have had this item for about a year and a half and have never had any issues with it. It works great. I love to use it to track my steps and my heart rate throughout the day.

Was a gift so far so good. Only issue amd not sire if ot os a issue but the batter usually dies out before the end of the day even with minimal use. But other than that they haven’t complained.

The Apple Watch itself- . It’s wild to me that you have to pay extra up front for cellular and then also pay extra monthly for cellular. But otherwise, grateful to have something to listen to music while on a hike or run without having to bring my phone. Would go back in time and get without cellular, but still in love with the watch. Best Buy Purchase- 3 stars. It was sold cheaper somewhere else (even if I’d returned the watch, lost the $45 restock fee, it’d be cheaper- which I wish I’d done). The price match guarantee was a great option but the customer service rep gave me the runaround and every time I thought I’d get the price match, they’d delay until the sale was over at Target. Irritated, but as long as I pretend I got the best price around, I’m happy lol.

Great watch. The overall functions of the watch are needed and beneficial. Looks great, simple to use. I would recommend.

Great product for kids. Easy to use, not too costly and even the setup for an standalone watch didn't took a lot of time. My daughter is enjoying it for calls or for texting her friends.

Great Watch and easy to attach to phone. I really like this new Apple Watch and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to attach it to my phone. I’ve had an older Apple Watch for years and was especially happy with my watch face, which was not the same on this one.

we bought this watch for our daughter and she loves it. The band was perfect for small 11 year old wrist and the color is awesome. Only problem is that we needed to update her iOS to get it to work, apparently it also does not work with older iPhones, so be careful.
