Very satisfied! This watch meets my needs. I’m happy with it.

I purchased as a gift and she loves it. Only complaint is band sizes.

The watch is great but the process of actually buying it was terrible unfortunately. They charged me 3 times for a different $2000 product that I had ordered earlier, which overdrew my account. It took many days to get refunded. At that point they cancelled the watch that I had ordered at a discounted rate & then I was told that I couldn’t get the same rate I purchased it for originally. I was told “you’ll just have to wait & see if it goes on sale again” even though Best Buy was the one that messed up & charged me too many times. At that point I went into the Best Buy location & spoke with a manager who was able to help thankfully. If you order from Best Buy make sure you’re careful.

Too bad policy since I only need to change the watch band size, but there is not any store available, then requested me to return this whole set watch by online (without any note of store charge 45$), finally I was charged for storage 45$ !!!??? I contacted the agent to get this watch back, but they said no

Gives me time and fall detection at lower cost and less steps to gain protection. Good cost/benefit on this watch.

I would advise against buying Apple products from BestBuy. BestBuy sold me a defective Apple Watch and the window to return was only two weeks. Taking it in 22 days after purchase they told me there was nothing they could do.
