    Too small. Tried to return it 3 times, got lame excuses from Geek squad mgr. told me had to drive to Apple out of state to unlock. Deliberate difficulty from Best Buy to return. Will not buy from Best Buy again.

    Battery life not great. Not having a. paper manual is also a huge minus factor. Probably would not buy another one in the future.

    Customer service did not ask me what kind of phone I had and when I went to set it up I had the wrong phone. I had to buy a new phone. More questions should have been asked to help me find the right fit.

    Ordered an Apple Watch SE 3 only to discover the watch box had been tampered with and the face of the watch was missing. I had one let down little girl on Christmas. This isn’t the first time BB has shipped items with missing parts, but it is the last time I purchase!

    Charge phone everyday....too many settings...hard to find things. me personally, i would have been better off with a higher FitBit version

    I asked for help before watch purchase and was not given proper information. Not in store, but through Apple. However, I feel like employees should be better trained to explain IOS requirements on purchase and more knowledgeable overall on products they are selling. Not all phones can upgrade to IOS requirements making many features useless.

    The battery life is just ridiculous, it lasts less than 20 hours even at the lowest performance. Im so mad at apple for making a good product so useless.

    I have to tap several times for watch to do anything. I use alarms. When I go to exit alarms. Tap, tap, tap, tap, tap. One tap worked w/SE 2. :(
