Ordered an Apple Watch SE 3 only to discover the watch box had been tampered with and the face of the watch was missing. I had one let down little girl on Christmas. This isn’t the first time BB has shipped items with missing parts, but it is the last time I purchase!

Charge phone everyday....too many settings...hard to find things. me personally, i would have been better off with a higher FitBit version

Was cute but you can’t really do much on it, maybe for people who just wanna send a quick message but other than that it’s no good

I asked for help before watch purchase and was not given proper information. Not in store, but through Apple. However, I feel like employees should be better trained to explain IOS requirements on purchase and more knowledgeable overall on products they are selling. Not all phones can upgrade to IOS requirements making many features useless.

Don’t stay charge at all and I can have it on charger all night and still won’t be charged

Although the watch has been great the charger that came with it did not work. Since I’m in a place that I can not easily exchange it I rated this low.

The battery life is just ridiculous, it lasts less than 20 hours even at the lowest performance. Im so mad at apple for making a good product so useless.

Worst customer service where I purchase this product.

I have to tap several times for watch to do anything. I use alarms. When I go to exit alarms. Tap, tap, tap, tap, tap. One tap worked w/SE 2. :(

The battery sucks last about 12 hours too short run time

I loved this Apple SE watch and it perfectly fits my wrist and the color is my favorite color.

Loving my new apple watch. I went from Apple watch 7 to Se3 and it is great, much faster charging and does everything i need it to do.
