It is a very nice Apple Watch, and my wife loved it.

I had a very frustrating experience with this purchase from start to finish. The delivery process was a mess. Because I work 10-hour shifts six days a week, I was unable to be home to sign for the package. After four missed delivery attempts, I was forced to pick it up from FedEx myself. The tracking only stated it was available for pickup somewhere in my city, with no clarification on the actual location. I ended up going to three different FedEx facilities before finally locating the package. When I finally received it, the package was visibly damaged and handed to me by the only employee working the warehouse at the time. After getting home and opening the package, I discovered the watch was still locked to another person’s account. I am extremely confused as to how a used device could make it through intake and Geek Squad inspection while still being account locked. That should have been caught immediately before the item was ever listed for sale. I then attempted to return the watch in person, but because it was an online order and the device was locked, I was told I could not return it in store and instead had to ship it back to Best Buy. The watch was shipped back on 5/6 and delivered on 5/9, and I still have not received any updates regarding the return or refund status. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience, and it has made me very hesitant to purchase from Best Buy online again.
