We purchased this as a way to increase the ability to answer the phone during emergencies. It helps with voice texts and has a built in heart rate monitor. The apps are still supported and the device was well maintained. We got what we paid for.

The battery life kinda makes it bad because you normally would need to charge it at the end of the day and its hard to remember to charge it before putting it back on to measure your sleep. Also as a 6'1 man with bigger arms it looks tiny and I regret not getting the bigger version. Id get this for my girlfriend or child but maybe not a man. I do wish I got the more expensive version with the bigger battery and face. Otherwise nice features.
