    I returned the watch and was charged a $45 open box fee when only the outer package had a slight tear in it. The box for the watch was Never opened. Complete ripoff

    Bought this as an Open box Excellent condition. But the charging cable was missing and the watch and the strap had signs of heavy usage. The watch was activated on two provider networks and do not stay connected. Not able to make or receive calls or texts. Tried contacting customer service but all the troubleshooting took more than 14 days, so we are not able to retrun/exchange this.
