Like the accessibility of the Apple Watch. Definitely convenient for texts and calls. Battery only lasts 1-2 days and needs to be recharged

Perfect for somebody who doesn't need the bells and whistles of the newest generation, but get the basics from a smart watch.

Love all of the features and how it connects with my iPhone but the battery life on my FitBit was way better.

The watch works as expected. The only down side, it did not include charger. Needed to purchase separately.

Great watch. Bought this as Christmas gift. Watch worked fine but the wristband did not clip to to watch. I will be contacting Apple for a new band.

First watch I purchased had over-heating issues but apparently it is a known issue with Apple. Exchanged for another one and no issues since.

Would of been 5 stars but the display is a bit dim. For those that can’t see well, get a better option.

Battery is beyond terrible, neat features but not worth it

Battery doesn’t last long enough, confusing to navagate, came with apple workout couldn’t ever get it to work. It is not that great

Would rate a five except for cost. Upgrading to newer revision due to battery life of current model. Is a gift so will have to see if holds true.

I have worn Fitbits for many years. When I purchased the Apple Watch I was told that the fitness app would provide me with all of the tracking my Fitbit had. WRONG! Unable to download data from the app, difficult to navigate on the watch and doesn't provide the same information that the Fitbit did. With my Fitbit, the watch and app on my phone would update real time - with the Apple Watch and app, there is a delay of 15-30 seconds before the steps update. Biggest frustration with the app is the calendar. In what world do the days of week run from Mon-Sun? I called to see if there was a setting I could change the display so it correctly displays Sun-Sat. No luck. Apple support was very difficult to reach and they couldn't help with the Fitness App and had to transfer me to someone who supported the App. Seven transfer attempts before I was successfully connected. App support very unhelpful. Very disappointed with my Apple Watch as a fitness tracker. Wish I would have purchased a new Fitbit instead.

I liked the look, but returned because I do not have an iphone, sales rep mislead me that I could use any smartphone. Bought the versa 2 Fitbit

This “budget” watch available with the same chip as series 6. It’s smooth and fast and everything just works fine. Like its blood oxygen app.

I giving this item a 4 out of 5 rating because it did not come with a charging block. really sleezy of Apple.

Great item but glass sucks. One small drop and bye bye Fritz and hello warranty claim

Only downside on this open-box purchase it that it previously had Apple care and we could not add Apple care since it previously had it.
