When band doesn’t click in, it’s useless

She was hoping to get it all set up and wear it but one side of watch band won’t click into place. Seems like this is a problem from the Apple website but not what I’d expect for the amount of money I spent. We don’t live near and Apple store and doesn’t seem like they’re very receptive when folks ask for help. I’ll update later.

I speak very loud and clear but lately Siri has kept giving me a sorry I can’t hear what you said message. When I first got it it worked perfectly fine but not anymore
