Great product very slow shipping and out of stock at my store

A little small just not right for me trying the 44mm instead

Broke the first week we had it. Started sending random SOS calls, voice command stopped working and wouldn’t hold a charge. We ended up returning it went for the 5 series instead. We love apple products so it may have just been out luck and we received a faulty product.

Good I will recommend this to my friends and family!!!

It’s alright, definally a lot more than it is worth

Unfortunately need to bring it back under warranty. Following first charge, the Face / display is completely black other than single dot.

There are no instructions to explain the different options. The band sticks to your skin. Didn’t come with a screen protector.

I really wanted to like this watch but the battery life I don’t like. Within a few hours my battery was almost dead and I only received a few notifications and not enough to drain the battery

My wife purchased the watch & she is impressed how handy it is . She doesn’t have to carry her new phone everywhere she goes.

Not happy with battery life, I have to charge it every day and a half. Was used to a Fitbit which only needed to be charged twice a week. Also much harder to navigate than the fit bit

The day I got the watch I set it up and connected it to my iPhone and charged it to 100%. Then the next day I don’t use the watch all day and by the end of the day the battery was completely dead, I had to charge it. Then the very next day, I was using it and it would take forever for the step counter to update and the watch would disconnect from my phone. What a waste of money.

seems to add nothing of value or convenience to my daily activities. Could live without it. Some days I forget to put it on, and it's not missed.

The watch very good, the strap not good, fell from my daughter's wrist while swimming and lost it. Just one week she used it.

Just takes a little time to find all the features available. The bad issue for this watch is battery life. it needs to be charged every day.

I went 2 weeks before Christmas to the store in Arundel Mills. The associate promised the item would arrive before Christmas. This was a gift for our mother. She was the only one who didn’t receive her gift. Now we are in the second week of January And we still don’t have the gift. I am highly disappointed if they didn’t have the product in store I would have preferred they find it in another store and I would have drove to it. This whole situation is highly stressful and unprofessional.

The watch is in great condition as far as I can tell, but it did not come with a charger so I can’t even turn it on. Also, this location never answers their phones, so I cannot get any help. Now having to search for a charger separately, and looks like I will have to wait longer until it can be shipped. Very frustrated with the customer service of this location and will not be back. If chargers are not included, that needs to be explicitly stated.

This item was open box so I knew it wouldn't be packaged. Didn't expect it to literally be rattling loose in a large box with only a charger. Nothing else. The watch wouldn't turn on. Returned it as defective and learned a lesson to never buy on open box item from Best Buy no matter how good the deal seems.

Payed only 15 dollars less for an open boxes item, which was supposed to be at the top quality...yet the heart monitor does not work at all, will be returning asap and will not buy anymore open boxed items from best buy, clearly they don’t do quality checks and just sell them all at the highest value.

Best purchase this year. Best tech for and unbeatable price.
