not user friendly, difficult to see work outs. came with 6 months off free apple fit and music but hard to add.

Misleading Communication & No concern on giving any type of sympathy how my process went!

Battery life sucks.Watch freezes and won’t turn on or off at times

We didnt buy this watch. If it was a gift we didnt get it or the surprise is spoiled.

Shipping was great but the band won’t stay on the watch. Not sure what we are going to do with it.

It is overpriced compared with others because it is two years old

I bought not 1, not 2, but 3 different Apple Watch SE’s and on ALL THREE of them the M/L band wouldn’t click into place. I’m hoping I’m not the only one who has this issue and apple will fix the problem because I really wanted to upgrade my watch, but I’m not spending close to $300 on a watch and not have the bands click into place.

screen get so big all of a sudden, I lose ability to control

I was super excited about this because it was easy to put on my watch and looked nice...Then I looked down after a week of wearing it and the aluminum case was missing and the edge of the protecting class was cracked. I don't even remember hitting anything. I'd give it less than a start if I could.

Excellent fit. Color was just as expected. Pairs/connects well with iPhone and the range is of connection is good as well

Battery dies way too fast, I had to recharge it every 8-12 hours

I cannot review watch as of now. The Best Buy employee that sold it to me did not ask what type of phone I had when I purchased it. After getting home I found that my iPhone 6 is not compatible. So because I wanted the watch I had to order a new phone unexpectedly. I have not received it yet.

I have to say I’m very disappointed with the product. I switched to a more recent version because my 3 series was losing battery quickly. However, happens the same with this. Waste of money I will be going back to store.

Bought this watch on 2/12/21 and the battery life barely makes it 12 hours. Started working with apple to try and fix it and they said I have to return it to Best Buy but I am not able to do that anymore. The watch did not come with a charger and it has been a waste of $300.

I got this Apple Watch to use at work vs my phone. On the 5th day of having it i was walking and it fell off my wrist and cracked. Best Buy wouldn’t do anything and neither would apple and needed up having to pay to get it fixed. It’s not worth the stress

I had a Apple Watch series 4 and “upgraded” to this one and it’s awful! The battery always dies, it doesn’t give my alarms, it only half the time gives me my text messages. When I called to exchange I was told sorry your out of the return window.

It was not your service . It was the product I didn’t not like that I had to charge the battery everyday. I have small kids and busy life no way I can use sleeping app if it’s on charger every night

I can’t give a 0 rating or I would Was suppose to receive product (watch) on 12/15. Latest 12/23. Today is 12/29. I’m possible to contact store and main number took me over hour and half and no information. I believe I’ve been scammed by Best Buy

I already have to take it in for service!! I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and it worked the first day after set up and then t didn't want to charge the next. It keeps turning off. Now schedule for repairs.. Not happy at all!!
