Very easy to figure out. Calibrates heart rate, walking distances, multiple apps etc. The only negative (for me) is the watch band. It holds the perspiration underneath and makes it uncomfortable. I actually received a message to remove the water from the watch??? Easy fix…bought new watch bands…all good now. I gave the battery life three stars as you need to charge it every day. I recommend purchasing this watch.

PINK, got to buy it!
